I know I love going back to listen to a CD for a particular topic or strategy, and I've known others to do the same. I believe the results are based on what people THINK they like because most don't pay attention during webinars; they end up browsing, eating, and just listening to the audio anyway. There's also no doubt in my mind how much we love to talk to the phone, so I would recommend you test each format out and see what works best for your audience.
