Thank you for sharing this! I totally believe that everything that's happened in my life has brought me to this place and that it all had a purpose, good and bad. It has made me, me. I don't believe in regrets as a result - what's the point? Absolutely take learnings from past experiences but regretting is just dwelling on a moment that has gone and cannot be altered. What you CAN change about past experiences are the ways in which you view them, describe them and think about them. I recently interviewed a guy who explores the polar regions as education projects for schools and he said..."everything you will be tomorrow you are already becoming today." (http://www.happinessexpress.co.uk/inspiration/antony/) I just found this so inspiring! Be happy and, above all, be you!

Thank you for writing this. I was lucky to be reminded of this powerful message in the past week. I suspect one of the reminders was from one of your emails about coaching business. I'm a new coach, and was struggling trying to be this imaginary coach person, who had no personality, didn't share and didn't think about what they brought to the coaching table! This message was such a relief for me!! It would be great if it was a part of all coaching training.
