		<description>Can you post too often?   It depends on what you are posting.  If you are posting helpful information that is going to improve my life or business then you can&#039;t post too often.  If you are posting thinly disguised ads masquerading as blog posts, then yes.   

I totally agree with you on the idea of providing value for your potential clients through quality postings.  At that point the more you post, the merrier!</description>
